Just Starting Out

Starting in January 2024, Bad Tuna Fishing Company will donate EVERY profit dollar we raise through the sale of our merchandize (and donations) to create opportunities for people (especially kids) to experience fun and healthy outdoor activities beginning in our own backyard with boating and fishing.

Our Mission

We envision teaming with local community service organizations to support and sponsor people with limited access to nature, to expand their outdoor experiences. Our goal is to help people find and access local outdoor activities (on their own or through professionally sponsored and guided activities) and to build knowledge and confidence so that they can continue to enjoy similar activities on their own in the future. 

Our Platform

We also envision growing a family of contributors who are willing to use the Bad Tuna platform to share some knowledge about fun, safe outdoors activities in their local communities… places to go, things to do, things to look for, pictures to drive interest, tips on access, safety advice, etc. Read our Get On Out There page to get a sense for what we’re trying to do.
